Highlights include- Driving successful rollouts of systems such as SAP SuccessFactors - Developing training and adoption frameworks that boost user engagement - Embedding agile and user-centric ways of working for lasting organizational change Earlier in my career, I managed a full ERP implementation for a mid-sized company, an experience that sharpened my skills in stakeholder engagement, structured transformation, and communication strategies. Teaching SAP at the Technical University of Hamburg gave me a strong technical foundation, which still shapes my hands-on and pragmatic approach today.
