About Sandra Schustack

I'm a marketing and business development pro who loves to ideate, collaborate, and think outside the box. I firmly believe, where there is a problem, there is always a solution. A fun, creative, on-time, and on-budget one at that! My solution-oriented mindset paired with my love for kids, cartoons and storytelling, led me to the world of children’s animation and production. I worked with national and global brands like Disney, Nickelodeon, Coke-A-Cola and General Mills, producing multi-media content. I had the opportunity to work with dozens of schools, film festivals, and small businesses to develop and implement children’s production workshops which resulted in an Emmy nomination and win! My time in production was amazing, but ready to switch gears and do my own thing, I started Clear Your Space East, a space planning, organization and move management company headquartered in NYC. My production background, years dominating Tetris, and prior experience as a professional organizer throughout college, positioned me to work with major ad agencies, brands, and residences to create systems and space efficiencies. My team of 7 travelled the tristate area setting-up hundreds of clients for success. Heart, passion, and the ability to adapt and thrive are my superpowers. So, when the world and my business took a pause in 2020, I jumped at an unexpected opportunity and never looked back. Introducing Candor Threads, a B2B custom apparel company that celebrates all things that bring people together. We work with seriously amazing groups of people, wear super awesome custom apparel and always have a growth-mindset. I am currently responsible for growing the company's customer base and increasing revenue through effective marketing and strategic partnerships.
