I have strong administrative skills, gained in a variety of roles working for large UK and Multinational Companies. I am an enthusiastic, dedicated, individual, with extensive customer service, secretarial, and administrative skills. I am a strong team player, but I also enjoy using my own initiative to solve problems, resolving them quickly and efficiently. I am a very self motivated worker who enjoys being challenged and learning new skills. At home in target driven environments, and used to achieving results. Proficient in the use of Microsoft programmes (Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point). In my last permanent position I developed the role from inception, liaising with the Head of Quality and Quality Manager. Initially this involved process mapping,which resulted in improved efficiencies and reduced costs of the complaints process. The role involved provided trending reports to the Head of Quality, Product Brand Managers and Manufacturing Sites. As part of my development plan, I initiated aseries of Patient Friendly Leaflet. The idea behind this was to enable patients to have a greater understanding of the particular Diabetic product they were using. As a direct result, the number of technical complaints received over the next year were considerably reduced. My role also involved providing a Power Point presentation aimed at introducing Product Technical Complaints to both professional Diabetic Nurses and Sanofi employees. During my last year the presentation was updated to an e-learning programme. I liaised with the Software Company involved, providing them with the information required to develop the programme.
