About Sandra Sernbo

I recently joined Key2Compliance as a Consultant in their Clinical Development team. Currently I have an assignment as a Clinical Affairs at Jolife in Lund, Sweden. I am experienced in clinical evaluations, QA and MDR/IVDR compliance and have worked with clinical evaluations in more than five companies, issuing clinical evaluation plans and reports and performing literature studies. I also have experience in performance evaluations and post market surveillance documentation. Before joining Key2Compliance I worked as a consultant at Prevas. Before that, I did a Postdoc at the Institute Pasteur in Montevideo, Uruguay, where I was working with miRNAs in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Previous to this, I performed a PhD in Immunotechnology at the University of Lund focused on biomarkers in cancer, and I also have a MSc in Biotechnology. I believe that my postdoc and PhD have enrichened my technical background and my experience in project management, method validation, and assay development. Furthermore, during my assignments as a Consultant I have deepened my knowledge in clinical evaluations, quality control and compliance. In addition I have a keen interest in and speak several languages fluently, and I enjoy communication with other people in my job. As a person I am honest, responsible, and prestigeless, and I like working proactively both independently and in collaboration with other people.
