About Sandra Simoni

Expert in Project and Construction Management, she has extensive international experience that has allowed her to acquire the ability to interface with people and teams of different cultures and backgrounds thanks to a rigorous but at the same time flexible and empathic approach to work. Graduated in Architecture at "La Sapienza" university in Rome, she collaborated for about ten years as Urban Planning lecturer and obtained a PhD in urban regeneration, studying between Paris (Ecole de Beaux Arts) and Copenhagen (Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts) where she specialized at the "Center of Public Space research" of Prof. Jan Gehl. As a Manager she has directed construction sites in the retail sector for top-level brands such as Nike, Armani, Longchamp, and now she is developing complex projects in the hotel sector for international brands such as Hyatt Regency Paris (388 rooms), Marriott Rive Gauche Paris (757 rooms ), Sheraton Roma (630 rooms). Esperta in Project and Construction Management, vanta una vasta esperienza internazionale che le ha permesso di acquisire la capacità di interfacciarsi con persone e team di diverse culture e provenienze grazie ad un approccio al lavoro rigoroso ma al contempo flessibile ed empatico. Laureata in Architettura a “La Sapienza” di Roma, dove collabora per circa dieci anni con la cattedra di Progettazione Urbanistica, consegue un PhD in rigenerazione urbana studiando tra Parigi (Ecole de Beaux Arts) e Copenhagen (Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts) dove si è specializzata presso il "Center of Public Space research" del Prof. Jan Gehl. Nel ruolo di Manager ha gestito e diretto cantieri nel settore retail per brand di primo livello come Nike, Armani, Longchamp, ora sta sviluppando progetti complessi nel settore hotellerie per marchi internazionale Hyatt Regency Paris (388 camere), Marriott Rive Gauche Paris (757 camere), Sheraton Roma (630 camere).
