Completing projects for approp. 90 sites per year on a 5 yr planning cycle relating to challenges and evolving standards. • Responsible for strategic capital planning in relation to site audits and ratings, that reflect upon existing conditions, feedback from stakeholders and how it all ties together with revenue, lease expiries and surrounding market. • Responsible for National Signage ReBranding and IQMH ( Ministry of Health - Quality Inspections) including site upgrades, repairs and/or replacements - 2 year project keeping in mind patient workflow, employee engagement, site conditions and leases. • Responsible for capital spend, scheduling and stakeholder engagement, including RFP process, documentation, preferred vendors, purchasing, invoicing and reporting. Maintain and enhance standards, process and engagement with changing times. • Build and provide leadership / resolution and remove obstacles on projects.
