How I work has been said to be powerful and effective, it has been referred as having magical powers. I assist ambition-driven individuals create professional fulfilment and join the dots to work at their best. I have supported many others to create healthy boundaries, within former toxic environments, that diminished their self-worth and confidence, resulting in engagement and productivity. I have been credited as giving one family their father and husband back, after a demanding career left him burntout and unhappy. So how do I work? I coach and train with a blend of strategic and conscious practices to bring about success, balance and growth – professionally and personally. Where possible I facilitate being immersed in and definitely inspired by nature, which presents extra benefits of powerful insight, on a different level, that are only triggered outdoor and if you are willing to be brave, I facilitate the learnings through horses. With the innovative experiential method of equine-assisted coaching, you can safely interact with horses, from the ground. Horses have a finely tuned energy field therefore you can work with them from a proximity that feels safe, for you. Like horses, I do not see status; I am a believer in fairness and personal growth and embedding positive change through inclusion and openness and understanding the perspectives of others. The horse mirrors and I reflect your spoken thoughts and behaviour, gently challenging your congruent communication and conscious leadership. I am passionate about environments, where everyone can be their whole self. My learning and development career spans 8 years, including coaching Executives and Senior Directors and Managers to be the catalyst of organisational change. And, after experiencing adrenal burnout, I repurposed executive coaching training to study as an equine-assisted coach and emotional wellbeing coach, to encourage stressed-out individuals better navigate their midlife and achieve their ambitions; whilst putting themselves first.
