With many years of experience as a global digitalization program and agile transformation leader, I enable teams and organizations to adopt new ways of working that enhance their flow, collaboration, and contribution. I leverage my coaching capabilities, system thinking and agile frameworks, to facilitate the adoption of impactful new ways of working across diverse areas of the enterprise. During my career, I have successfully led or contributed to several large global digitalization programs such as Cornerstone Learning Management and New Ways of Learning, a significant initiative that involved multiple stakeholders, regions, and functions internationally. I am passionate about co-creation, diversity, and inclusion, and I strive to foster a culture of learning and organizational growth within Roche and beyond. I also feel proud having contributed to Roche's Social Sustainability, which has earned the company the Super Sector Leader recognition for several years.
