Graduated in engineering, I have more than 18 years of experience in the industrial area. I was work at industries of the automotive segments, die casting parts and consumer goods. Career developed in the corporate solutions incisively in the Management Continuous Improvement Projects, Process Optimization, Operational Excellence and Innovation- Expertise in the management of continuous improvement projects, with a strategic vision and focus on results- As World Class Manufacturing / continuous improvement leader, two of our plants achieved Bronze Level in WCM and two automotive suppliers with WCM implementation ranked in the top level- Leadership and team management, focusing on the development of high performance teams aiming at the optimization of performance indicators- Large experience in the implementation of continuous improvement projects, WCM (Lean Manufacturing), coordination of Quality Control projects, validation, approval and modeling of production process, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Statistical Process Control, KAIZEN (Quick, Standard, Main, Advanced), Flow and Value Map (VSM), KANBAN, TPM, MASP, Problem Solving, Six Sigma Projects- Experience in management cost reduction projects (Engineering and Value Analysis)- Expertise on running quality tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Minitab Software, KPI's, etc).
