About Sandro Glanzer

As the CTO of meshTECH within Broadcast Solutions Group, I lead the strategic planning and execution of tech developments, including the definition and implementation of R&D roadmaps. I also oversee the restructuring and definition of the complete production chain within the meshTECH/govcom division, from initial offer to after-sales services. Additionally, I am responsible for the integration of international subsidiaries and the installation of workflows, communication, and quality standards. With over 4 years of experience as the Head of Mesh Technologies at Broadcast Solutions Group, I have been instrumental in the development of groundbreaking wireless devices and software with unique capabilities. I have created user-friendly and intuitive UIs and innovative cross-over integrations of components, allowing for fully automatic adaptive bandwidth regulation or roaming according to network status and stress levels. I am also responsible for training and service for Mesh technology applications and the development of their integration into existing systems. My goal is to leverage my expertise in marketing, research and development, and event technologies to drive innovation and excellence in the broadcast and government sectors.
