Neste mundo global, que é premente criar mais valias e aumentar o revenue, torna se necessário aliar o conhecimento, a experiência, a criatividade e o talento. Sem dúvida que é um grande desafio, dia após dia, acrescentar valor em bens e serviços oferecidos aos clientes, é difícil, é duro, mas encorajador. Quando o resultado final sai bem feito, para além do cliente, também o criador fica satisfeito e realizado. Agora já conheces o meu desafio. I am an optimist by nature and I believe this is a positive way to face my challenges. In each one I learn and I will keep learning, because that's how I see myself, searching for more and better training and information, with the certainty that the bigger the obstacle is, the greater is the certainty and desire to succeed. In this global world, it's urgent for business to create more value and to increase revenue. This is only possible if we bring together knowledge, experience, creativity and talent. No doubt it's a big challenge, day after day, to improve value in goods and services offered to customers. It's difficult and hard but also encouraging. When the final result is well done, apart from the client, also the creator is satisfied, happy and accomplished. Now, you know my challenge.
