In this times, im discovering more than ever that all businesses need to leverage more on its Suppliers and improve Supplier relations. Im specialised in the early involvement of Sourcing functions particularly in the development phase of new products and integrate it into complex Supply Chains and the entire PLCM cycle with all related stakeholders. The interaction between Sourcing, Supply, R&D, Product Management, Finance, Sales and other functions is key and where the value from Sourcing can add to the contribution of you company's success. My career has developed in a global environment with multi country and multicultural organisations in the Telecom Industry. Mainly working in cross functional teams representing Sourcing and Supply. Im an experienced leader with a personal and coaching attitude developing high performing teams. I have become used to complex matrix organisation, globalised organisations and constant change. Always up for a challenge and a "never stop" attitude to always try and find improvements. A team player that also can work on special assignments independently. But my passion is to work with people and develop them and the team to always exceed and improve themselves. Extended experince working in multicultural and international environments.
