Aim has been the spreading of financial awareness across all the project’s team levels with a consequent improvement of revenue and costs control. Enablement of virtual teams, offshoring of activities in Telefonica Germany project raised from 15% to 65% during the first two years and up to 85% after 4 years resulting in a strong processes standardization and remarkable cost saving.
