I am an ambitious man, keen to move upwards in my chosen career. I am willing to work hard to get there; to date my career has been mainly with in the catering & leisure industry. I am a deliberate, approachable & amiable person. I tend to be more a specialist rather than a generalist. I am a good team player but can also work equally well when left on my own, reliable and thorough in everything I do. I am a persistent worker, having the ability to ensure a job is seen through to the end, I like to organise & plan my work well ahead. My manner is polite and courteous. I am a quick learner and enjoy new challenges. I am also computer literate and have a basic working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and also MS Publisher. More than 25 years of professional cooking and kitchen management experience. Exemplified leadership qualities and professionalism. Both in UK and overseas. Experience gained through working with in the varied world of catering from hotels to country clubs. More recently in contract catering. I have both front of house and back of house experience.
