My passion is to create solutions, ease, and equilibrium for employees, academics, and students so they can bring their best self to work each day. Creatively providing and nurturing supports, programs, and processes, enables people to successfully meet their personal and professional responsibilities, contributing to the strategic goals of the organization. My specific areas of expertise include:> Developing and managing robust child and family services including childcare, Child Development Centers, Child Care Grants, Staff Emergency Funds, and elder care services.> Pioneering and evolving high quality lactation programming identified as a Best Practice in Higher Education by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.> Bringing subject matter expertise, organization, direction and leadership to reimagined flex work initiative, writing new policies, procedures, systems, evaluations, data collection, as well as providing new and ongoing resources to employees, managers and HRBPs.> Pivoting and creating innovative work-life services and supports during crisis periods, particularly aimed toward Health employees to ensure work coverage.> Honed professional communication skills including website design, employee and manager newsletters, policy, extensive toolkits and resources.> Interpersonal skills to build teams and effective collaboration, both inside the organization across a multitude of departments/units/campuses, and with outside vendors/operators.> Ability to navigate and succeed within a complex organization, bridging different campuses, units, departments, constituents, and affiliations.
