About Sandy Cater

For the past 37 years, I continue to be a Supply Chain, Materials, and Project Management professional. I believe in ongoing education and experiences to ensure that I continue to apply the latest knowledge toward sustainable solutions for my clients. I am the owner of Advanced Evolution Inc, which is a business management consulting firm that mainly focuses on R-MRO: Reliability - Maintenance, Repair, and Operations materials and standard services management. My team has created 20 R-MRO business process packages, which include process flows, standard operating procedures, roles and responsibilities, customizable tools to perform activities, and templates for needed supplies. These are utilized as a baseline to expedite the customization of our various clients' requirements. Our professional team continues to have opportunities to work with outstanding organizations within a variety of industries: Mining, Oil and Gas, Pulp and Paper, Chemical, Aluminum, Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Smelting, Automotive, and the U.S. government. These asset-intensive companies are generally very large multi-national organizations but we have also worked with a few medium to small businesses as well. Each of our past projects has provided sustainable results that meet or exceed each client's unique requirements and expectations. Key projects include: Nutrien (formally PotashCorp), as multi-site Reliability Maintenance Project Manager, MRO Materials Management Project Lead, and support. Agnico Eagle, BP Chemical, Kraft, Sinclair Oil, US Medical Command, Los Alamos National Laboratory, WestRock (formally MeadWestvaco), and Teck Cominco, as MRO Materials Management Project Lead and support. I have worked with several software products including SAP, JDE, Oracle, Maximo, Infor, and Asset Suite. I also have advanced knowledge utilizing Microsoft's suite of professional application software products.
