About Sandy Colts

I am a solutions-oriented public health social worker who genuinely cares about peoples’ welfare at every level – individuals, families, organizations, communities, and populations – and always looks for opportunities to do better. Since 2007, I have enjoyed diverse work experiences in program design, management & evaluation, improvement science, clinical practice, strategic planning & consulting, large-scale system transformation, and health policy, spanning many subjects and work settings. Coupled with my education in public health, social work, psychology, and sociology, these experiences have equipped me with well-rounded skills to effectively analyze and improve any type of systemic challenge. I continue to learn more about the true drivers of people's health, resilient & effective organizations, and healthy societies, and how I can best commit my time to have a meaningfully positive impact on them all.
