About Sandy Edry

The Edry Team is led by Sandy Edry, a lifelong New Yorker who has taken the typical Manhattanite’s fascination with real estate and turned it into one of the top sales and rental teams in the city. In just the last few years, Sandy has transacted hundreds of million of dollars in Manhattan residential real estate sales, including more than 150 apartments in the Riverside Drive Condominiums. He and his team have converted more than a dozen buildings to condos in both Manhattan and Queens and they have an additional five conversions in the pipeline for the next year. The Edry Team has also brokered several multi-family and Townhouses as real estate investments and numerous luxury rentals, including several at the world-famous Apthorp building. Sandy’s knowledge of the market and devotion to his clients led to his being named Team Player of the Year 2012 at Keller Williams NYC as well as a Top Sales Agent at his real estate firms for the last seven years and counting. Before entering real estate, Sandy spent more than 15 years as a professional journalist, including seven years on staff as a writer/editor at Newsweek Magazine. Edry is a graduate of the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and has been published in various newspapers and magazines including The New York Times, New York, Inc, The Los Angeles Times and many others.
