I am a proven team leader with a cross functional diverse background. I have successful experience at team building and managing the team with an expertise in coaching, training, and mentoring to assure the team performed at their best. My skills include program management, adaptive agility, technical documentation to standardized work assignments, and proven track record in customer excellence and satisfaction. I have managed goals and objectives for my team. I have facilitated weekly team meetings by providing weekly assignments and previous week's statistics on projects. I am a creative team player that welcomes challenge and takes pride in accomplishment. I am seeking to build a career based on commitment to quality, dedicated effort, and performance excellence. I am a highly responsible individual with the ability to quickly establish relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of management with a focus on customer satisfaction. I pride myself on my computer skills along with my ability to learn new tasks and programs quickly, efficiently, and effectively. Some of my computer skills include; Microsoft Office applications, Lotus Notes, Outlook, EDI, SAP and basic troubleshooting with some technical support skills.
