Significant part of the career journey was in establishing and expanding the European and Asian operations for global and US-based corporations.Currently engaged as a Value Accelerator with PE's and Consulting firms. As a board advisor at Goldman Sachs Private Equity working with their Software and Tech Services portfolio companies, to drive growth, streamline operations, and accelerate Value. Driving the strategy & transformation of technology businesses to evolve them into valuable, differentiated players in the Digital Transformation domain. Also am a Partner with Catalincs LLP, a Growth Advisory focussed on doing value to small-mid sized Tech Services firms and focussing on UK/Europe markets.Formerly had a 18-year tenure at Cognizant as co-founder & global leader of Cognizant Business Consulting (CBC) — a technology-led Business Transformation consultancy. Spearheaded a global team of over consultants, steered CBC's operations across global markets including the UK, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Expanded its footprint across 12 key markets delivering growth of 25% and 5x of follow-on services. Member of the CEO's executive leadership team and recognized for entrepreneurial acumen, global team building, and executive sponsorship of strategics.Foundational years of the career was with Procter & Gamble, after an MBA from Rotterdam School Management, Erasmus University, Netherlands. Worked with P&G for nearly 10 years as a Financial Analyst and in Operations restructuring, with assignments in Rotterdam, Brussels and Cairo.
