About Sandy Grant

Hello! I have done alittle of everything over the years. Daycare/Pre-School was more first passion in the beginning then it grew to Customer Service/Team Work as a Film Librarian, loved doing and helping others. Was trained on the job as a X-Ray Tech Assistant! That is where my passion is and still stands true to this day, I know the darkroom like the back of my hand, same with the daylight processor, as my training grew so did my passion for CT/MRI. I have put films together for the Radiologist to read and take down. Proof read medical reports for transcriptionists. Kept patients calm while they were having there MRI done, it really does help the patient if they know you are there to hold there hand and hear a voice while laying on the table for 45 minutes. Now I'm a Health Information Clerk and have been doing it for 8+ years and continue to do so. We have a melting pot of duties from manning the switchboard to pulling/filing charts (yes we still have charts), helping patients/doctor offices get records to scanning them into the system. Over all my experiences have grown and my knowledge has bloomed. Thanks for looking!
