Sandy is a seasoned arts educator and manager, currently excelling as the Lead Visual Arts Educator at TAFE Queensland in Townsville. Her expertise spans various disciplines including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, and art history. Additionally, she specialises in drama and personal development education. She's the innovative mind behind the Sculpt your Mind program, which seamlessly integrates neuroplasticity with creative art practices, under the hashtag #Self-ARTistry. Through this initiative, Sandy equips clients with an array of creative tools to train their brains effectively. Currently pursuing a Masters in Arts and Culture Management at Deakin University, Sandy ensures she's equipped with the latest industry insights to impart to her students and enhance her art management skills. With a rich background in management, including roles such as exhibition curator, musical director and producer, festival marketing manager, and more, Sandy is a dynamic leader dedicated to showcasing how the arts empower individuals, unite communities, and transcend boundaries.
