She is a technical subject matter expert with a background in Modernization of Enterprise Systems, Enhancement of Citizen-Centric User Experience, Full Life Cycle Implementation Delivery, and Project Management. Her work spans across local, state, and federal governments. She also holds an Active DOD SECRET clearance. As a User Experience Director, Sandy leads the Digital platform simplicity efforts at ScribeDoc that help people get the most out of all web technology offer today. ScribeDoc has been supporting and shaping many web-enabled products in the government through designing with empathy and through easy, simplistic, straightforward intuitive steps language, logic and emotional connections. Coming from an early advertising, print media environment, with expertise in technology and interdisciplinary skills, she advocates a humanities approach to designing technology experiences that enhances the platform, minimizes the support and maximizes the the physical and digital interactions of people, processes and things. Her team helps weave a powerful user story all the while maintaining the synergy with the customer's brand. Sandy is instrumental in enhancing ScribeDoc's footprint with several key Best-in-Class Vehicles. We now hold as prime the following: CIO-SP3- Small Business; CIO-SP3 8A; GSA STARSII; SeaportNxG; eFAST (FAA) and GSA MASS Schedule (SIN 132.51 and SIN 132.56).
