I am passionate about providing excellent healthcare options to patients/families as well as recruiting physicians who have that same passion. I have expertise in day to day operations of hospice agencies, physician groups and hospital program operational development. I have vast experience with a major hospital system in creating a successful ACO. Patient centered care is a primary focus of mine and ensuring patients are directed to the appropriate level of care. Aligning physician groups is an integral part of ensuring patients are provided a continuum of care. My focus is on Key Performance Indicators and increasing CAHPS scores through teaching of the clinical team. I bring a value add to the culture of practice and consistently encourage teamwork.
