Ms. Martinez is a dynamic, enthusiastic, and bi-lingual Human Resources Personnel professional with a strong background in employee engagement, recruiting & onboarding, training & development, CA employment & labor laws, EEO & OFCCP compliance, public administration, airport badge administration, and airport project controls. Ms. Martinez holds a Master’s in Public Administration which with the combination of her professional experience and her education background, Ms. Martinez concentrates in contract compliance, talent management, HR compliance, and workplace safety. Ms. Martinez focuses on the implementation and facilitation program where she monitors the procurement process to ensure appropriate MBE/WBE/SBE and Affirmative Action (AA) compliance. Ms. Martinez joined Jacobsen|Daniels in late 2016, and currently services the Maryland Department of Transportation - Maryland Aviation Administration (MDOT MAA) as the Project Manager on the Contract Service Provider (CSP) contract as well as a strong support on MAA’s Strategic Planning contract for the past three years. Ms. Martinez has a passion for people and enjoys helping, mentoring, and being of use to others. Spends the time volunteering for American Red Cross all while practicing and advocating for mental health awareness.
