I have been working in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years in a learning capacity. I started on the manufacturing floor producing drugs and I moved from various companies and internationally to develop and learn in all aspects of the business from manufacturing, quality, commercial, engineering, to Pharma development within clinical studies and now Diagnostics supporting medical and commercial/sales needs. My journey has allowed me to become a mentor, create global learning strategies to support customers needs, onboarding and diverse educational programs, work directly with doctors/nurses, universities etc to grow, learn and develop skills needed to support our customers educational needs. I am self-motivated and goal-oriented learning professional with extensive expertise incorporating the newest technology and methodologies to ensure delivery of world class training and learning to employees and affiliates. Utilizing the current learning methodologies within project and program development and management while incorporated the skill set of an agile mindset.
