15+ years experiences providing Team Building and Communication Workshops to a variety of corporate and non-profit organizations using Personality Dimensions / True Colors assessment tools. This has assisted both companies and individuals to better understand themselves, their clients, colleagues and family members which in turn, has positively impacted both personal and professional lives. In addition to facilitating employment readiness and life skills workshops, I teach PD Level 1 at Langara College as part of the Career Development Professional Certificate program. I coordinated the Delta Employment Skills Program for 3 years and am now currently providing Contract Facilitation and Consultation. I am embarking on a new experience as a Case Manager in Delta. I utilize the Personality Dimensions™ / True Colors™ / MBTI assessments, along with several others, to teach you how to discover and understand the strengths of yourself and of others on your team. You will learn how to improve, strengthen, and understand more about communication between yourself and others.
