About Sandy Mutlak

Making a tangible difference and delivering successfully is what excites me about my job. Throughout my two decades of experience in both industry and consulting, I drove my career with a personal goal to enrich my experiences as much as I can. I did so by taking on new challenges that introduced me to different ways of working and exposed me to leading advisors with different ways of thinking. With that mindset, I continue to build an exciting career. For the past few years, I have been primarily focused on Retail Transformation with all aspects of what transformation means to different retailers. My passion and where I spend most my time is on complex, business driven, IT enabled programs. If I am to summarize what I do best, it would be to help clients breakdown complex programs into a plan that aligns with their values, culture, and strategy. A value driven plan, an achievable yet accelerated plan that we can successfully deliver together.
