About Sandy Price

Born in Staten Island, New York I spent most of my young life enjoying “The Beach Life” on the peninsula of Rockaway Beach, N.Y. In 1987 our family decided to relocate to the state of Florida, settling in the beautiful city of Bradenton. As an accomplished Real Estate Professional, I have an unwavering commitment to provide premier customer service and establish loyal relationships with my clients, peers, and business partners. Meeting new people, connecting with them, and helping them to fulfill their goals and dreams is what I love to do most in life. I am a true believer in the concept that continuous education is essential to preserve the skills and working knowledge to be effective in today’s Real Estate market. Having been professionally trained as a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I can offer homeowners options when they think they have none. As a CDPE, I provide effective solutions to distressed homeowners facing a hardship with the belief they have nowhere else to turn. Whether you're ready to place your home on the market, searching for foreclosure alternatives, or just starting out with your first home purchase, you can trust I will successfully guide you through the entire process. Professionally, Sandy Price
