As the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Luminare Health, I lead legal department professionals and provide strategic advice to the C-suite on a range of matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, litigation management, legal compliance, and employee benefits. With over 25 years of experience in the health insurance and third party administration industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role and help Luminare Health achieve its mission of delivering innovative and cost-effective health care solutions to its clients and members. Throughout my career, I have successfully negotiated and reviewed multi-million dollar contracts with clients and vendors, managed complex litigation cases and outside counsel, and ensured compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. I have also been a trustee of the Trustmark Foundation, where I helped oversee the charitable giving and community involvement of Trustmark Health Benefits and Trustmark Life Insurance Company. I am passionate about using my legal skills and experience to support the growth and development of Luminare Health and its stakeholders.
