About Sandy Ronco

I have worked in the retail lighting industry for over 30 years. I have developed and excelled in all facets of the business. I began my retail journey as a customer service rep, I soon excelled and very quickly became a buyer/merchandiser. I went on to develop my leadership skills and was promoted to assistant manager then quickly became a store manager. My career then lead me to a director position in sales and operations. This progression has truly allowed me to understand each position and the rewards and challenges they hold. I am able to develop and motivate associates because of my working knowledge of their positions. I believe people are an organizations greatest asset, and that the culture of any company is imperative to the overall success. My goals are to create/develop a highly positive and motivated culture which in turn will help to develop an efficiently run operational organization allowing for record sales growth!
