As a key member of the Senior Management and Investment Committee, I collaborate on strategic planning, drive capital-raising efforts, and manage all aspects of project execution from pre-development through construction and final disposition. My expertise spans underwriting, land acquisition, and project entitlements, with a successful track record of leading company expansion into new markets such as Denver, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. I’ve sourced and secured over $30 million in land for development in Opportunity Zones, and have been instrumental in managing the construction and sale of significant assets, including a $50 million industrial development in San Bernardino, CA. In previous roles, I’ve led acquisitions for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects, advised on capital structuring, and managed due diligence processes for luxury residential and hospitality developments.
