I am a strategic visionary tying complex technical project and program application management into business initiatives. Using a unique Project Management technique of a hybrid of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, my project management style has provided a proven track record of ensuring that deployment time frames are shortened and that cost savings are found throughout the life cycle of the project and applications. No solution is too big, too small or too complex when there is a business need. The diversified technology portfolio of proprietary, customized, unsupported technology and new technology, coupled with global data security threats and global localization with restrictive data compliance creates several layers of ambiguous challenges. Providing stakeholders and customers with clear expectations, risk analysis & mitigation plans from start to finish of a project enables the project team to deliver increments of milestones even in the discovery phases of a project.
