With over seven years of work experience in sales and customer service, I am a passionate and adaptable individual. I have a number of classes from the Medical Office Assistant Certification from MacEwan University, which enhances my skills in written communication, office procedures, and records management. My mission is to provide high-quality products and services to customers, while ensuring timely and efficient project delivery. I value collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my current role, I coordinate the procurement, production, itemization, and delivery of materials to site. I also answer calls over a multi-line switchboard, read architectural drawings and answer questions regarding products under my scope. I have developed strong skills in project management, estimation, coordination, and problem-solving, and I have successfully handled multiple projects of different sizes and scopes.
