Experience: • 2017: Human Resources lead for a Turnaround project sponsored by Treasury. • 2015: Fluor Global HR Excellence Award Nominee for Bench Mitigation Project (to align complement, future competencies and skills with future projects, and keep current workforce engaged on all levels). • 2013 to 2016: Europe / Africa / Middle East Compliance, Ethics and Policy Specialist. • 2013 to 2016: Principal Officer of Fluor Retirement Fund. • 2013: Runner up of Fluor Global HR Excellence Award for Total Reward Project. • 2005: As HR Project Lead, initiated and concluded HR processes during acquisition of WMC Resources (Canada).
