About Sanford Speake

I began my career in the agricultural manufacturing industry as a 3D Drafter before moving into restructuring a SolidWorks PDM database. Not long after, I was asked to take on a bigger challenge: transitioning the company from its in-house software to Odoo. At the time I had no experience with Odoo, so I dove in and taught myself everything I could about the system.Starting from scratch gave me a deep understanding of how Odoo’s modules work together and how the platform can be shaped to fit complex business needs. As the implementation moved forward, I began exploring the technical side, learning to navigate the code and make modifications whenever the standard configuration wasn’t enough. That curiosity eventually led me to develop a comprehensive tax calculation system within Odoo, which has since been adopted by multiple companies. The success of that project became the foundation for my next step—founding my own company. Today, I focus on helping organizations implement, customize, and get the most out of Odoo to strengthen their operations and unlock growth.
