Experience in world largest two wheeler manufacturing Organization Hero MotoCorp Ltd as Senior Engineer since 1st August 2017 to till now. 2 Year in Steel phase machining (Crank shaft, Cylinder Block) & currently responsible for Aluminium phase machining component (Crank case left, Right & cylinder head) Responsible for machine shop management to ensure that entire set-up, process, manpower balancing, material availability, problem identification and rectification, leave management, material management, tool management and production plan vs. actual as per guidelines. Maximize productivity of machinery and workers, increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality. Manpower handling at operator level for production, shift management and Multiskilling. Direct control of 5S, Improvements, Kaizen, Safety measures and practices and ISO 14001, IATF guidelines implementations In-depth knowledge in TPM, JIT, SPC, PFMEA, 5S, IMS, Lean Manufacturing. Achieving production targets as per TACT time with optimal utilization of Man, Machine. Diagnose Root Cause of Quality concerns, Breakdowns, Injuries (including human error) and troubleshoot problems. Hand on experience of machining operations like Grinding, Honing, Milling, Drilling, Boring, Tapping, Induction hardening, rolling. Experience of working on CNC machines, Fanuc and Siemens control, SPM, VMC, Press Machines, Fanuc robots, Palletizers and gantries. Ability to conceptualize the processing for the product Development, process Development, tooling development, fixtures development with careful sophisticated Quality control measures in compliance to the organization standards.
