I am a seasoned professional and business leader having over 2 decades of rich and insightful experience across roles involving, Management, Business leadership and Operational Mangement. This entail diverse industry exposure including, Travel, Retail (Telecom) and Education. I bring with me experience of working closely with varied people and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives as well as srategies towards common organisational goal. Over the years, I have gained expertise across a gamut of areas including General Management, Business Development, Customer engagement and Stake holder Mangement. My role has also been in the field of Integrated Marketing Communication, Strategic Planning and Execution, while bringing best practices into the organisation, that have led to optimisation and effective controls. Succesful stakeholder engagement entails driving interaction among customers, internal teams and senior decision makers. Leveraging strength and filling gaps have been critical to various roles that I have played over the years.Over the years, I've grown from an Assistant Manager in Operations and Channel Development to leading end-to-end responsibilities across strategy, sales, marketing, and operations for the entire channel, while overseeing P&L activities. My recent focus has been on team management, capability building, and enhancing customer engagement to drive success and sustainable growth.I am a result oriented decisive leader and a persuasive communicator with exceptional relationship management skills and a knack for identifying market/industry/customer needs while succesfully ensuring these are catered to effectively. I also possess multitasking ability to sketch the plan, prioritise the work and manage complex projects under aggressive timelines. I am adroit at analysing the organisation requirements with a proven capability to thrive in dynamic and fluid environment, while remaining pragmatic and focussed.
