As Country Head of Pernod Ricard Indonesia, I have the responsibility and the privilege of managing the complete country operation and leading all functions effectively to achieve Pernod Ricard’s business & sustainability objective. With over 25 years of experience in the spirits industry, after having worked with almost 45 countries in the world, I have developed a deep understanding of the consumer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in various regions and countries across the world. My core competencies include general management, business development, commercial operations, key account management, customer relationship management, coaching and mentoring, and change and growth leadership. I am passionate about learning continuously, building a successful, empowered, and happy team, training people, teaching students, and enabling them to discover newer horizons and pursue greater heights in their career and life. I am also honored to receive the Global Indian Award in 2020 for my contribution to the Indian spirits industry and the society at large. I am proud to be part of Pernod Ricard, a global leader in the spirits industry, and to share its vision of creating conviviality through its brands and values.
