As a Commercial Estimator, I specialize in analyzing and reviewing architectural plans and specifications to prepare accurate and detailed estimates across all design stages — including Budgetary, DD, CD, GMP, and Double-Check phases. I create precise estimates for all flooring and related materials to meet the requirements of flooring bid packages, using industry-standard tools such as Callidus, RFMS Measure, and Measure Square. With a strong background spanning 6+ years in commercial project estimation and client-side coordination, I have worked with both US and UK-based clients, including one of the largest commercial flooring customers in the US. I’ve successfully led and supported projects that delivered high-quality flooring solutions for complex commercial environments.
