About Saniela Ruga

Senior Admissions Advisor and Lecturer with a strong academic foundation in Sociology and more than five years of experience supporting international students in higher education. My work focuses on guiding students through strategic academic and career decisions while fostering their integration into diverse educational and cultural environments. As a university lecturer, I teach courses in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Employability, and Business English, bridging theory with real-world application to strengthen students’ global employability and cross-cultural competencies. I hold two Master’s degrees — MA in Sociology: European Societies (Freie Universität Berlin) and MA in Sociology of Societal Development (University of Tirana) — as well as a BA in Sociology. Fluent in English and German, native Albanian, with working knowledge of French and Italian. I am passionate about education as a driver of social transformation and motivated by opportunities that connect academia, policy, and global development. My professional path is guided by a commitment to equity, inclusion, and the empowerment of diverse communities through education and knowledge exchange.
