About Sanil Jadhav

I am a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with nearly a decade of experience in the end-to-end development of automotive wiring systems. My expertise lies at the intersection of complex 3D routing and production-ready 2D schematics, ensuring that electrical architectures are optimized for cost, weight, and manufacturability.Throughout my career at global OEMs like PACCAR, Skoda Auto Volkswagen, and TATA Motors, I have specialized in: Design Mastery: High-voltage (HV) and Low-voltage (LV) systems using Capital Harness XC/Logic and Creo 9.0. Problem Solving: Utilizing ODIS and CANalyzer for vehicle-level diagnostics and root-cause analysis. Efficiency: Implementing VAVE (Value Engineering) proposals that have significantly reduced BOM costs and improved harness fitment.I thrive in cross-functional environments, bridging the gap between mechanical packaging and electrical logic. Currently, I am focused on mentoring junior talent and leading large-scale projects like the MQB India 2.0 and Peterbilt truck platforms.Core Stack: Capital Harness, Creo Parametric, CATIA V5, Windchill, DFMEA, and Vehicle Diagnostics.
