About Saniya Sheikh

With over five years of diverse HR experience across the fashion retail and energy sectors, I specialize in building agile, high-performing teams and creating people strategies that align with business goals. My expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR business partnering. Currently leading the Talent Acquisition and HRBP function at Alkaram Studio, I partner closely with leadership to drive strategic workforce planning, strengthen culture, and enhance performance across teams. Previously, at JCM Power and Sana Safinaz, I successfully restructured HR frameworks, introduced scalable performance and reward systems, and led multiple engagement initiatives that improved retention and employer branding. I’m passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences, optimizing HR processes through data-driven insights, and enabling organizations to achieve growth through their people.
