As a senior Healthcare Administration student at Loyola University Chicago, I’ve developed leadership and organizational skills through roles like Healthcare Administration Program Council Representative and Junior Representative for the Healthcare Administration Student Council, advocating for student needs and contributing to program development. My hands-on experience includes managing front desk operations and coordinating resources at NovaMed Urgent Care, ensuring a smooth, patient-centered experience. As a DEI intern at Advocate Health, I revamped SharePoint sites and developed tools to make cultural observance resources more accessible, helping to foster diversity awareness. Whether I’m developing new projects to enhance efficiency or mentoring youth in my community, I approach every challenge with a drive to make things better.
