About Sanjay Bhaskar

With a solid educational background in electrical engineering and hands-on experience in hardware design and testing, I am well-prepared to contribute effectively in a dynamic internship environment. Currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of North Texas, I have developed a strong foundation in areas such as VLSI, digital IC design, and embedded systems. My professional experience at HCL Technologies involved diverse roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Testing Engineer, and Component Engineer. In these roles, I have honed my skills in worst-case circuit analysis, manual hardware testing, and component substitution strategies. I effectively used tools such as Mathcad, Altium Designer, and Vivado-Xilinx to ensure the reliability and performance of electronic systems. During my internship at LRDE, DRDO, I worked on the design of an Antenna Beam Controller using FPGA technology. This experience allowed me to gain proficiency in HDL programming and communication protocols like UART, SPI, and I2C, which are crucial for developing and verifying complex hardware designs. Additionally, my project work, including the design of a Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Computing Architecture and IoT-based temperature monitoring systems, showcases my ability to tackle complex engineering challenges and implement innovative solutions. These projects have reinforced my skills in VHDL modeling, FPGA implementation, and IoT technology, aligning well with current industry demands. My technical skills are complemented by a strong problem-solving ability, effective time management, and a commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration.
