A dynamic public relations professional with extensive experience in strategic communications public affairs press management and government relations. Self-motivated flexible and results-oriented I have the capability of advocating efficiently and effectively on a wide range of issues and communications strategies. I have been successful in managing relationships with media organizations both in India and abroad and have effectively navigated government institutions NGOs and International organizations to meet client needs. Prior to starting up BOSE Communications in 2015 I held leadership roles in Eastwest PR and Candour Communications and handled Indian and Multinational clients for PR Public Affairs and Government Relations. I worked with APCO Worldwide as senior associate director strategic communication. I was instrumental in starting up three of India's leading public relations agencies in the South of India namely Rediffusion DY&R Vaishnavi Corporate Communications and Brodeur India (the public relations division of TBWA). Some of the core industries I have worked with are telecom fast-moving consumer goods retail pharmaceuticals hospitality automobile health care sport information technology aviation and tourism. I was involved in the global stakeholder outreach for the state governments of Gujarat and Karnataka to promote each of these states as investment destinations in the region. Areas of specialization have been strategic communication crisis communication media relations and government relations.
