At Texana Center, my daily mission involves implementing individualized ABA programs, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for children with ASD and intellectual disabilities. Leveraging over five years of hands-on experience, my approach integrates skill acquisition in critical areas such as communication, social interaction, and self-help, ensuring each child's unique needs are met with empathy and expertise. The essence of my role extends to conducting meticulous behavioral assessments and collaborating closely with a certified Behavior Analyst. This collaboration has honed my abilities in leadership and has facilitated a positive, supportive environment that champions both client progress and team development. My goal is to continually contribute to our collective success by delivering exceptional mental health care and fostering an atmosphere of respect and empowerment.
