With my prior positions, I have 22 years of hands-on experience in the escrow and title insurance industry. In the last 17 years, I have successfully closed and insured a broad spectrum of transactions totaling over $49 billion in liability, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, hospitality and renewable energy plants. My ability to effectively close both single site and complex multi-site real estate transactions played a key role in the exponential growth of the San Francisco National Commercial Services office with a former title insurance company.I take a hands-on, customer-centric approach in closing commercial real estate transactions. My clear communication style, problem solving skills and ability to see projects from inception to completion, has helped me build a robust customer base comprised of top-notch real estate investment trusts, institutional and commercial real estate investors, pension funds & advisors, law firms, brokerage firms, lenders, and real estate developers nationwide. As complex and time consuming closing commercial real estate transactions can be, I always strive to be reachable to all of my customers. As an outdoor enthusiast, you can catch me on the ski slopes in Lake Tahoe during the winter months and mountain biking and hiking Bay area trails throughout the summer month. I was actively involved with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bay Area organization for over a decade and I am truly blessed to see my little brother grow up into a responsible, young man.
