About Sanjay Dey

Sanjay has 24 years’ work experience in top FMCG, tobacco and Mobile handset MNCs in India. Having handled profit-center roles in complex business scenarios, Sanjay is currently the CEO for India and South Asian counties for Al Fakher, a global market leader in shisha tobacco. Previously, he established a set of affordable products from Coca-Cola targeted at a set of Indians. This role involves creating, making and selling the products, without using the existing go-to-market. In the 10 months since launch, Sanjay has successfully established a second chassis for the company in East India. His business has already generated a revenue of $500K in this short period of time. Earlier, Sanjay set up the right Go-To-Market for India and South-West Asia for Coca Cola. Sanjay is passionate and result-oriented, so, mostly challenging roles come his way, be it changing the business model for Sony Ericsson or turning around the troubled operation in East for PepsiCo. Sanjay has guided his franchise team to deliver record profits. He has led large multi-functional teams in his various roles.
