Whatever you do, be exceptional! That’s how I have lived and worked over the years. From becoming an entrepreneur at the age of 21 to my stint as MD & CEO at Tata Realty & Infrastructure Ltd.(TRIL) and Tata Housing, my life has been both adventurous, challenging and continuous learning’s through five property cycles with over 30 years. Developed, Integrated and implemented technology solutions and use of AI. I am privileged to be : Chairman – South Asia Board, RICS Chairman – APREA Advocacy Committee, Asia Founding Member – ULI Executive Managing Committee Member – Naredco Board Member – RICS APAC World Regional Board Board Member – Bombay Chamber of Commerce I oversee 37 million sq. ft. of Residential & Commercial development and management across 13 cities & 21 projects in India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. I have also served as the Chairman of the FICCI Real Estate Committee for four years. Before my tenure at TRIL, he was the CEO of India Operations & Private Funds at CapitaLand, a multinational alternative asset management company focusing on real estate infrastructure and private equity. His illustrious career includes over two decades with the top three global real estate consulting firms. My innings at Cushman & Wakefield included setting up of new businesses and mentoring leaders for successful turn around strategies, growth and profitability. I implemented successful merger & integration of DTZ & C&W. I also served as JLL CEO Business and worked for over five years with CBRE, which included setting up of business in Mumbai and Pune. My spare time belongs to my family and friends.
